Exciting developments are underway at Elite London today, as the UK-based model management agency – forming part of Elite World, which ranks global number one in modeling networks – launches its shiny new Celebrity ‘Special Bookings’ Division.
The venture will see Elite London take a host of rising stars and established industry names under its wing, spanning the worlds of film, theatre, music and sport. Among them are Hollywood actress Rose Byrne, award-winning singer/songwriter Laura Mvula, supermodel and author Crystal Renn, Brit Award nominee Chloe Howl, singer/songwriters Lianna La Havas and Kyla La Grange, supermodel and artist Tony Ward, and chart-toppers Kodaline.
To mark the unveiling of the Division, Marie Schuller – head of Fashion Film at SHOWstudio – has directed a short film to showcase Elite London’s talent. Composed of distinct individual vignettes set within abstract movie sets, the film takes its cue from the visual language of long-format movie-making, incorporating references, motifs and techniques from the 40s through to the 90s.
Elite London’s expansion builds on a wider international framework with over 35 years’ experience, representing over 2000 models and 25 agencies across five continents, catapulting the likes of Giselle, Lara Stone, Cindy Crawford, Linda Evangelista and Diane Kruger to international superstardom.
