On Thursday, May 27, PHOENIX celebrated the exciting rebrand of the publication for its SS16 ‘OPTIMISM’ issue, by hosting a digital and style influencer’s dinner at Patara London‘s Berners Street branch.
This party was a celebration of many months of hard work by the PHOENIX team on the SS16 ‘OPTIMISM’ issue of PHOENIX, the definitive London style and culture publication.
We invited some of the UK’s best talent from socialites and bloggers, to fashion designers, supermodels and DJs who all helped us celebrate in style with champagne, Patara passion cocktails (vodka, passion fruit and lime muddled) and fine Thai cuisine thanks to Patara London.
Guests included Joshua Kane, Oliver Proudlock, Naomi Iksted, Maya Jama, Josh Patterson, Diego Barrueco, Vogue Williams, Lorcan London, Pips Taylor, Marisa Saks and many more.
After cocktails and amuse bouche, guests sat down to a spectacular shared banquet of five starters and four mains that were presented immaculately.
Our favourite dishes included the herb steamed sea bass, curried kaffir fish cakes, kieaw wan chicken green curry, as well as the caramelised chicken, peanut, and sweet turnip flower dumplings which all feature in the Berners Street branch ‘Patara Pride’ menu (starting from £40pp).
