Dry January sound a bit, well, dry? Indulge in these divine cocktails accented with fresh ginger and chocolate, devised by Soho’s Gem Bar

Bounty Hunter
Ingredients

50 ml Chocolate Liqueur
-
35 ml Bacardi oro
-
10 mg Brakes Desiccated Coconut
-
5 mg Brakes cocoa
-
Coconut shavings
-
Chocolate sprinkles
Method
- Mix the chocolate liqueur, Bacardi, cocoa and desiccated coconut in a shaker
- Pour into a martini glass
- Sprinkle the coconut and chocolate shavings over the top for decoration
Gem’s Gin & Ginger
Ingredients
- 35 ml Bombay Sapphire gin
- 15 ml Martini extra dry
- 10 ml St Germain elderflower liquor|
- 0.375 each Brakes fresh ginger
- 50 top Schwepps ginger ale
- 1 each mint sprig
Method
- Grate fresh ginger and mix all the ingredients with ice in a mixer. Shake well
- Squeeze fresh lime juice into a large wine glass and pour in the mixture
- Serve with a sprig of mint for decoration
