Whether shooting for film or TV, music videos, or the pages of fashion magazines, the location is at the heart of the image. London agency JJ Media is an industry secret, with a vast library of over 2000 locations from disused warehouses, to working churches, grand architectural gems, and everyday family homes.
Founded by Johnny Jones in 1987, the agency became a family affair with the joining of his son Josh in 2005, and along the way there have been acquisitions of other agencies to bolster its resources and reputation. These days JJ Media encompasses studios, locations, events and equipment, with a team of over 20 experts in image creation.

Royal Exchange Grind
Espresso bar by day, by evening a buzzing cocktail bar in the heart of the City. This historic Grade-1 listed Royal Exchange building boasts impressive floor to ceiling windows, with a near fully marble interior and feature lighting.
Georgian Villa
A beautiful example of a Georgian Villa in Bath, Somerset & Avon. This spacious country house offers refined interior design that retains many of the properties original period features.
Cornerstone
This late Victorian terrace has beautiful original features including ceiling roses, stained glass, and a dramatic 3 storey staircase. The monochrome colour scheme is complemented by details such as bespoke steel bannisters and a brass island, a concrete floor with brass inlay, and grid style Crittal windows.
Mill Stream Cottage
This tumbledown cottage has 101 props to play with – old baths, a caravan, tables, chairs, beds, tools, a hammock, tree house, sheds, swings, gates, barn, bicycles, horses, a log cabin and a lake.
Sir John Soane’s Museum
Welcome to the historic Sir John Soane’s Museum in Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London. This centrally located museum set is across a large town house, boasting a unique collection of art and artefacts.
Chislehurst House
This imposing brick family home in south east London features wooden flooring and panels, and beautifully painted walls in heritage colours.
Princelet
This early eighteenth century Georgian townhouse in Spitalfields has its original interior, complete with wood panelled rooms, original floorboards and working period fireplaces.
Chelsea Clearings
A vast 200,000 sq ft of empty space in an abandoned building just off Sloane Street, boasting a large basement, 3 floors of an old school, 2 floors of event space, and a fantastic rooftop with views of the London skyline.
Villa Des Narcisses
A unique and eclectic three-storey Victorian terraced house in Hackney arranged over 6 floors with roof garden and terrace. Quirky styling of rooms and pops of colour throughout make for a rich backdrop.
St Giles’ Church
St Giles’ is the parish church for Camberwell, in south-east London. It is a wonderful grade II* listed building designed by George Gilbert-Scott (who also designed St Pancras Station, the Albert Memorial and Glasgow University) with stained glass windows designed by John Ruskin. It is a great example of an early, neo-gothic, Victorian church and one of the largest in south London.
